You remain solely responsible for the content of your ads, landing pages, and overall compliance with applicable rules.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for Services will be outlined in a separate proposal, contract, or invoice.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due as stated on the invoice.

  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

  • Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to optimize your marketing campaigns for the best performance, we cannot guarantee specific results such as sales, leads, or revenue increases. Marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control (e.g., competition, market demand, budget, platform algorithms).

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, strategies, reports, and documentation provided by ShanePPC.com remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use deliverables solely for your business purposes.

  • You may not copy, resell, or distribute our proprietary methods, strategies, or content without prior written permission.

7. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your non-public information and request that you do the same regarding our strategies, pricing, and proprietary methods.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to us for those Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

  • Any prepaid amounts are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
